• Your trauma reimbursement check will come from your trauma region by the first week of October 2007. Please do not post from the EOB until you have actually received your check. For questions about the status of your check, please contact your Trauma Region Directors.
• If you forgot your log-in, please refer to the confirmation e-mail that you received when you registered, or click here to have the information e-mailed to you. E-mail addresses entered must match the e-mail address entered with the claim exactly.
